hi there,

i am struggling with a personal attack on me which has been posted as a review about my business.

It is completely false and fabricated. i have no record of any sale to this person and the story told is completely false.

I have experienced abuse of the google services before, it related to my having a public profile and it is really effecting my mental health. Please can you help.

Please can you help to take this down it is a personal attack on me as a person and has no bearing on products my business offers. Further it just didn’t happen. Is it at all possible to remove google reviews completely?. it is a real strain to constantly be worried about this happening and i cannot bear for people to start up doing this to me again. here is a link to the review https://goo.gl/maps/Ck5DYHi4iC5PCj82A

I tried all phone numbers i could find for google all of which end up cutting me off because of covid restrictions to service and i have been worrying about this all night.

I have tried and tried to send an email on the support section of google my business but it is unclear if this has been sent.

please can you help?

below is that i tried to contact google with last night to try to resolve this

A one star review has just been posted on google relating to my business from a Richard Jolly.

I have checked our sales I have not done any work for a customer called Jolly today Nor in the last several weeks. I have no record of an order under this name today. All our work is done on a pre-order basis with payment prior to dispatch and i would be happy to provide copies of my workflow to show that i have had no such order nor from anyone by this name whether they be Mr or Mrs Jolly. Payments are processed via Braintree online payment systems and i can show you records to show we have had no such customer.

We are currently working under severe restrictions on a pre - order basis, the shopfront is closed to the public and my workroom is only trading from 9-12noon for telephone enquiries and orders placed online.
So i do not know what these statements refer to as we do not have a service of the nature referred to. We do not operate a timed delivery service so the statements are inaccurate as to the services my business is able to offer. I have a driver who does all our deliveries working in the mornings, who finished today at around 12noon. I lone work in the workshop doing the flowers, phone calls etc. At the time the review states the incident happened I had finished work for the day and was at home working remotely.

To put such statements up is very very upsetting as it is directing personal attacks at me. The manner in which the review says i behaved is completely false and basically calls me a crazy woman.

Further, there is a reference to Alan Sugar, This refers to a UK tv show i appeared in Called The Apprentice on BBC one, which has resurfaced in the media this week. Every time there is media interest in me it generates online trolling which really does effect my mental health when linked to my business i have no way of removing it. The Alan Sugar tells me that this is again more backlash and direct trolling. It has no bearing on my business nor my services but refers to The Apprentice and is completely unfair.
The whole of the post is basically an inaccurate personal attack and is completely false.

Please can you help? I have tried calling but cannot find a working telephone number To speak to you.

My business is under the web domain [Web page redacted]
[Redacted address]
My google email is [Redacted e-mail]. Though my primary email is [Redacted e-mail] from which this email is sent.

My telephone personal number is [Phone number redacted]
