One symbol that rekindles the fact that Christmas is in the air is the Christmas Tree. Usually patterned after a tree covered by white snow reflecting the weather conditions in Europe during Christmas period where the concept was visualized. Down here in Nigeria we don’t have snow and harmattan is the season we experience during Christmas season. Yet we still use Christmas tree to decorate our spaces indoors and outdoors.
At the beginning of the Month Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria in conjunction with One Percent International planned and installed an 85 feet Christmas suggested to be the tallest in Nigeria. The premises of the popular Abuja International Conference Center hosts that tree in an environment themed Christmas village. This village became the happening spot for Christmas holiday seekers with lots of fun games for Children and Adults.
