I’ve worked for over 20 years in the retail industry dealing with customers so it’s basically become a part of me to expect good customer service wherever I go. Because of Googles guide service I have found a platform to help and encourage many companies, restaurants, hotels, shops, supermarkets and all kinds of business to know what I’m thinking, seeing and experimenting as a visitor or customer to their establishment. As I have this vast experience of customer service, business standards and business presentation impression I feel that I just have to use this blessing for many establishments out there.
