I believe you have posted in the incorrect section here, you can either post to General discussion or to Help Desk section, and you will definitely get the complete answer for your question.
But to make it in short, 360 image either built by a 360 Cameras, or you can use your mobile with an app like Google Street View to build your 360 shot.

If you mean a 360 panorama image, then any smartphone camera can be used. If you want to take a “Spherical” 360 degree image, you need to use special apps. For example you can create or import 360 photos with the Street View app. When you import a 360 photo, it will appear on the map where other users can see it.
