My name is Ahmed Alhudban, I’m from Jordan and I’m 39 years old.
I’ve joined Google local guide since years because I love sharing knowledge and information, as I’m a member in The Jordanian Astronomical Society, and I give free lectures to spread the knowledge about astronomy.
I believe that as you learn from peoples’ comments and feedback , they learn from yours too. So I started rating places I visited and upload pictures of them to help people with this information. And because I live in an Arab country, and because there isn’t many ratings in the beginning , I’ve started giving ratings and feedback in Arabic to enrich Arabic language. Google is universal and its services should be in all languages .
I remember how I got a huge benefit when I visited other countries like Malaysia and turkey . At first, Google map helped me so much to know the cities there and knowing the places I should visit, and how to travel to any places, and secondly peoples’ comments and feedback helped me to decide which places I should visit.
Actually I want to attend the summit for two reasons; First to fulfill my dream of visiting Google , I think my life will totally change after this visit and I will keep telling to my children’s and friends about it. And the second reason is because it’s a good chance for exchanging knowledge with the participants from all cultures in all over the world.
