Abacha/Ugba Diet

The delicacy shown is called Abacha blended with Canda, Ugba and garnished with Sliced Anyara or Ukazi Leaves. This is a staple diet among the Igbos in South Eastern part of Nigeria.

This delicacy is served in all manner of occasions but most importantly its served to visitors as a welcome gesture.

I enjoy the Abacha delicacy always with friends especially when we go on evening hangouts. The Anyara Leaves is especially nutritious. Its loaded with blood building multivitamins.

The Canda is cow or goat skin grilled and cooked. It contains no fat and its good for body mass watchers and slim addicts.
