Hello!!!
Local Guides community…

Want to know my meet up experience of Archit Ojha, hosted by our @TravellerG Sir ?
Don’t Worry, I shall share it with you, here.

Meet up was Inspiring and Excellent.

I joined meet up as Attendee & a member of Collaborator.
I managed a part of the meet up with other Collaborators.
So, I am writing my experience in 2 parts.
At the end of this post, I have also introduced all over view of meet-up recap. (As Attendee and As Collaborator).
So, Let’s Get Started…

As Collaborator:

The meet up was Hosted by Traveller G Sir.

I was in collaborators team which had 8 members.

We have made a target 100 attendees, and we crossed.

For invite more people I made Invitation , means a post on connect without sleeping at the night…

And give them all details of meet up and precautions during meet up.

To Contact many people I also used Social Platforms Like Instagram and WhatsApp.

I was nervous because first time I had managed meet up as collaborator. But I was, highly curios also. And made a very useful invitation…

I didn’t know how I made this Classic invitation, that praised by many Senior LGs also!!

Sometimes it happen.

Aim was to make an instrument to gather more Local guides…
And instrument was my Invitation .!!

My Responsibility (Role) during meet up was…

Writing the notes.
Means, note the details regarding meet up,
Improvement, timings, no of participants and many more.

I also send some important links in comments section that asking by Many LGs during this meet up.

I also helped to switch off the mics of local guides during meet up, when it was unnecessary.
(I think it’s a thing that we should tackle with more care, during any meet up to avoid disturbance).

We jointly did this meet up with proper planning, we also used combination of Collaborators and organized this meet up.

Before the main meet up, which was highly successful, we have done 3 virtual small meet ups with guests and all collaborators. Like practice session.

And it was approx. 2 hours also. So we got things properly and applied on Original Virtual Meet up.

Roles and Responsibilities of Collaborators were decided before 2 days of meet up.

As Attendee:

Yes, I participated in this meet up as Attendee too.!!!
I represented world Heritage city Ahmedabad (City of Gujarat State),India.

And I gave my introduction during meet up.

This is the biggest meet up that I attended so far. And it’s also, became my favorite meet up also.

Now, most amazing part.
