Hi guys and gals;
When I came to the US, I had no idea what Google Reviews are. However, when I started looking up for different places, I saw people’s reviews about that place. Initially, I was only the “user” of the reviews, without any contribution. Then, I thought why I don’t start contributing to the community. I should not be a freeloader!
That’s when I started adding my reviews for places I visit or services I receive.
I always look at it as a win-win situation. Google reviews make customers aware of the place they wanna go or service they wanna receive. Also, the service provider will do their best to improve their service (which is eventually good and beneficial for themselves) to receive a good review, which then help them attract more customers.
