This is the mausoleum of a Dutch lady known as Susanna Anna Maria whose all seven husbands mysteriously died. Ruskin Bond’s famous novel “Susanna’s Seven Husbands” was inspired by the events and later it was adapted to a Bollywood film known as ‘7 Khoon Maaf (2011)’ starring Priyanka Chopra.
One of the oldest temples in Chandannagar. It looks like a village but and the temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna.
The largest and the most popular Catholic church in Chandannagar situated near Chandannagar Strand Road just behind Chandannagar Museum.
A heritage building that house the local police station and it was established during the early 1880s. There is a giant clock featured at the top gifted by Joseph Daumain St. Pourcain in 1845.

The Dupleix Palace is a historical landmark that was built in the 1740s as the residential palace of Joseph Francois Dupleix, the former governor of Chandannagar. Inside the palace there is a museum with a stunning collection of Anglo-French wartime cannons, antiques from France, 18th century wooden furniture and other priceless objects. And behind the palace there is a huge decorated garden.
