I lived in Chenggong Village for 6 month, which in Zhanghua County. Here was what I see in this place.
1.environment
There weren’t any chain store in this place. Only lot of field & river around there. The environment was pure, and pace is slow. It made me carefree & wonderful.
The most lively street in front of the police station. There were some hairdresser, convenience store & breakfast shop. The temple across to police station, was the local religion center. There were one of elementary school & junior high school in the village. Across to school, there were a tiny night market in Saturday evening.
Out of village, there are a lot of field around there. The guava is the specialty. The field is flat, and the air is warm.
2.explore
Chenggong village made me a lot of interest: How’s the different live here? What is entertainment in there? How long for the farmer work in the grave farm? There are a meeting in front of the temple. What are they talking about…Thought the village was not famous in Taiwan, but I still really want to know the live in Chenggong village.
In the night, there were a lot of house shining from the east. There were some towers which shining red light from the west. All of the scene I never saw, all of the experience I never felt before. But now, I lived in a strange place, and enjoy here very much.
3.emotion
After 6 months, it’s time to say goodbye. I went to the park in last weekend. Finally, I climb up the observatory. I saw a wide river & large field. The landscape made me carefree. Thought there was nothing here, but I enjoyed it very much. I didn’t need to worried anything. I felt complete freedom here.
Finally, I took my luggage on the car & drove on the freeway. After crossing Dadu river, I saw my hometown. But, I know, maybe I will go back the Chenggong Village in the future.
