This is an aerial view from the St Peters Basilica Dome in Vatican City. It will take 551 steps in total to get to the top. But if you take the elevator, you will save 320 steps.
For me, the 551 steps to get to the top was worth it! As the view from above was simply stunning and I saved and I only paid 8 Euros instead of 10. When in Rome please visit the Dome
