A TYPE OF NIGERIAN HOME-MADE BURGER - BREAD ROLLS AND EFO RIRO #foodphotography

I think one of the reasons I love Paul’s classes is because; they are so practical.

So, some weeks ago, Jesi; the Youngest Connect Moderator, made a 'special Guest appearance’ at the Meetup to share with us tips on Food Photography.

She explained to us that we should afford, when possible to include the Human Element in our Food Photography;

  1. Grab it - this way people can figure out the size of the food
  2. Bite it - this way people can see the constituents
  3. Of course, take a shot!

My Elder sister took this shot and shared it with me and all I could connect with this picture was the Human Element of Food Photography as shared by Jesi not the food she was eating.

P.S.:- **EFO RIRO (**Vegetable stir fried in Pepper sauce with offal, fish, meat and something called ponmo (roasted cow skin)

Get a Yoruba girl to cook it for you.

I like the Igbos’ unique style of cooking and how you manage to infuse Vegetables into all you cook. I really like your (Igbos) food and can cook quite a number of them. @Austinelewex
