Well, I am Ashutosh Sahu, a Local guide from Delhi NCR India. Initially, I was not having a single idea what actually it is, to be honest in starting I was using this just for fun but one day I noticed there are a notification - 100+ views on your review. I was shocked so I started searching for more and I started to participate on google maps behind this addiction nothing special is there I just find through my views or on the basis of my rating someone is getting the right information. So I started working in this and now I’m at level 6 and soon I’ll be at level 7. yeah, two times I got a token for the appreciation from google local guide. the first prize was a coupon voucher for the hotel and the second was a very beautiful pair of local guide socks. Now I am actively participating and posting an original review so that others can easily identify which one is best and that’s the main reason which motivates me to be an active google local guide.
