Hi folks,
Today i am going to share a place with you from Ankara, capital city of Turkey.
This splace actually inside a gas station and it does not look like a special place from outside.
The name of the place is Tikoko. It is a restaurant that serves special kind of meatball which is from one of other city of Turkey, Aydın, Tire.
I can hear that you are saying, “So, what?”
You can see the originality of the meatballs from the photo. They are shaped like kebab and grilled on coal fire with metal skewers. There are not so much ingredients in meatballs, just sheep meat with its’ fat, salt and pepper. It is just that simple but they are delicious and the taste came from the upbringing of the animals.
In conclusion, Tikoko is a place in the capital city of Turkey which serves a traditinal food of Egean region with giving the same taste from its’ origin.
