A spammer changed location name

Today I noticed some spamer on our local guide team changed some location name wrongly and edited there details, I reported some locations but still can’t fix it . Any solution? , becouse some location created by me to 3-4 years ago and now they spammer changed location name with deferent name, I request to local guide team take action on these king of people,

And give a way so I fix location normally, thanks

Can you provide some more details like a link to the location and its original name?

Name change approval goes through an automated process and receives an acceptance if there is sufficient evidence.

The only solution is to click on the site to make an amendment to it on Google Maps, in the identification card for the place, choose (Propose amendment) will appear to you two options (repair name or other details) _ (remove the place) choose (repair name or details Other) The identification card form will appear to you for the place and it can be modified, make the required amendment, if your amendment is to fix the name, just click on it, and finally click send from the top of the screen, my best regards

I notice you say that you have “reported” some locations. By that what did you mean?

If you meant you changed the details back, that is the correct process. You will need to wait for your edits to be reviewed.

Like I see has been mentioned above, changing the name of the business back to it’s correct name would be the the way go. If the business has been claimed and you are not able to get an approval on the name change, please let us know.

In addition, if you have a specific Local Guides in mind that you think is violating our policies, please let us know so we can look into it, but please don’t share any of their personal information publicly.

I am waiting from more then 6 months

But this is still in under review , I don’t know what to do this time

I think your correct someone claimed this location. So now im not able to get an approval on the name change or details… now tell me what can I do
