With the baptism of a chain of coffee shops, Tony set out to open his own coffee shop.

我住在台灣新北市中和區靠近MRT永安市場站
在MRT永安市場站附近走路3分鐘的路程有家咖啡店
這家咖啡店的名字叫〝咖啡熊〞
是一家專業又溫馨的一家咖啡店
這間咖啡店有一個熱愛咖啡的店長-Tony
Tony原本從事媒體幕後製作的工作
因Tony想做自己熱愛的咖啡工作所以辭去原有的工作到連鎖咖啡店實習
有了連鎖咖啡店的洗禮後Tony即著手開屬於自己的咖啡店
從選地點、市場調查、菜單設計、食材選購、裝潢設計、店Logo……等
花了三個月的時間Tony終於誕生了屬於自己的店〝咖啡熊〞
專業的咖啡、親切的問候、小小的地方…溫馨的感覺
因此這個咖啡店是我常常寫作創造靈感的地方
