That’s not exactly cabbage, it’s called iceberg here, if you know it. It’s similar to cabbage. We have also salad exactly with cabbage and carrots which is also very delicious.

Perhaps the cabbage that you mention then is iceberg lettuce! But if it is then I didn’t know it was in the cabbage family.

Yeah, exactly, it’s the iceberg lettuce, sorry for the mistake. I like it a lot because it’s suitable for almost all of the other vegetables and sauces.

That happens to be my favourite lettuce and it\s no onder then that I liked the look of your salad! While I know it’s a healthy vegetable, and in fact I had it this week in a Sauerkraut which is good for vegetarians and vegans, I don’t think I would like it in a salad other than in Coleslaw.

Yeah, it’s very healthy and I can find it always in our shops in every season. Sauerkraut I’ve tried when I was in Germany and I liked it a lot. We have almost the same in my country.
