I would like to know if one can post copies of text messages exchanged during a business transaction on google review if no phone numbers are shown.
Screenshots are specifically mentioned in the photo guidelines as something we can not upload.

@BalsamD Even if it’s not screenshotted, and copied and pasted, it’s still not allowed. Most likely text messages conversation aren’t following the proper format for review purposes. You need to take the essence of what your experience is dealing with the business to put it in your review.
