Never had a pistachio topping before. How was it?

Very Very very good, is a specialty of Catania, a mix of bufala’s mozzarella, speck and Bronte’s pistacchio.

Thank you for sharing this photo with us, these pizzas look very delicious and the idea of having two different kinds in one is amazing! I guess they were cooked desperately and afterwards divided, right?
