If you didn’t know, Buffalo Chicken Wings originated in Buffalo, NY (surprise!)
As a transplant to Buffalo, this is the single most important food question that must be answered. After, What’s your name?, Nice to meet you, and How are you enjoying Buffalo?, the next question you will be asked by a local is 'Have you had wings from (insert their favorite wing place) yet??!
This is something I’ve spent the last two years working to have a “safe” answer for so that I won’t be ridiculed for some sub-par wing experience by locals who all know there is only one correct answer…their favorite place! haha.
Google maps and being a local guide have been critical for this exploratory mission and if there is anything I’ve truly learned in my outing find on Google maps or have shared in my reviews and contributions, there isn’t a single right answer and that’s A-ok with me. They all taste good
