A new version of Idli , a South India recipe !!

Idli and Dosa are very popular vegetarian cuisine of Southern India, but gradually becoming an Indian food.

Today, I am presenting a new version of Idli and that looks in new avatar, ie,not in round shape but in pieces.

Here we cut the Idli into pieces and heated again with some cooking oil .Thus, becoming more tasty and savoury.

Its ingredients are rice and black lentils. The shown plate consists of 400 calories. It’s a very digestive food item .

Rice and lentils are a side dish next to the main one? How can I cook Idli? Rice and lentils are a good combination for us vegetarians as it has many proteins, are you a vegetarian?
