Why i love sharing things in Google Maps? Well there are 2 main reasons:
1- It’s what makes me love my city.
This whole rating places started because i heard someone say, if you want to know the world, why don’t you start with your city? I realize then i didn´t knew much about my own town, so i put myself a goal, get to know a different place every week, almost a year latter and most of my friends ask me for recommendations on where to eat or what to do in the city, and now i apprecciate my hometown even more than before, it has a particula beauty and vibe that i haven´t found anywhere else, i never loved my city as much as i love it now.
2-Remember the memories.
I have terrible memorie, that’s why the maps are also a really helpful tool to remember the places, and with uploading photos more than the places, the moments, sometimes i may not remember exactly where some place is, but when i look at the photos it’s like ‘‘That’s where i went on my first date! Awful food btw’’
And that’s also what i love sharing the most, food places! I believe food brings the soul to the table, so you’ll find mostly eating places at my maps.
By saving the places where i go i can create my own city map, more than places, but experiences.
