A Mandala a day keeps a doctor away!

During this pandemic, we all went through severe trauma and panic. The whole world is still going through financial challenges. It was a tough time which had passed and we don’t know what time will bring us more to see.

I believe mental health is as important as our physical health. We need to work and find ways to improve and maintain our mental capabilities and keep it healthy.

During this quarantine I found ‘Mandala Art’, a very therapeutic thing to release the stress. The making of Mandala takes a lot patience and you need to put each mark in a very balance way. I made many designs and I realized that it was actually helping me to reduce my stress level.

I kept on making and filled almost two art journals. I shared all my drawings on my social media accounts and my community of friends and family loved it

I started working on a project where I can teach young children about this because it’s a new thing here in Pakistan and most of the people are still not aware of it.

I would love to make many in future and held an exhibition in near time.

Lots of love from Pakistan :heavy_heart_exclamation:

Wow!!! It’s really fantastic :ok_hand:

Yes you are so right, in past some months stress level increased in everyone. People were really frustrated. So if you found a creative activity like Mandala Art, it’s the best way to keep yourself active and creative too.

In last some months I tried to learn Cooking, but still unsuccessful. Even I tried at A Culnary Institute in F.B area, but my instructor said you cannot learn cooking  So from now I m trying to learn Cutting Of Vegetable and Meat in my free time at home

Thank you @SarahAshar for sharing such a great post. And yes Welcome to Local Guides Connect.

Shukriya

Great to know that people are working on their mental health. Yes I saw that institute near water pump I guess.

Cooking is really an art and if you have that passion you can always learn at any age.

I hope you enjoy your new activities and thank you so much for commenting on my post :hearts:
