A Local Guide's Quest for Déja Vu

As the modern world grows with its technological advancements, network connectivity, information sharing reaching out a million people on a click of a button has become a reality. Being a traveller and also a photographer, I have a huge attraction towards “un-heard” remote places, places that are not famous and places that have very less attention of general travellers. While trying to access them, it becomes difficult to be sure whether you are taking a correct turn or referring to the exact landmark. With Google Maps, it has become a reality to be at a place before “Actually” being there. Still, there are many places that are not properly explored and needs attention. I have been now driven by the quest of giving the experience of Déja Vu to the new travellers to make sure that the last turn they took is correct and they are exactly standing at that point of historical/cultural significance. I believe, creating places in Google Maps, editing details, adding photographs and checking the facts is a way to provide this experience!
