A little glitch... or better investigate this fact?

Hi friends!

This is the monthly - June 2023 - email with the summary of my activity as a Local Guide sent by Google.
However, I realized that in the “PLACES YOU HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO” category it brings me back to places and activities that are foreign to me, I have not been to Rome or San Marino and Rimini, nor have I contributed with reviews or photos in those places. Some time ago (February this year) the newsletter also made me end up in Australia! Is it just me or are these common mistakes? Is it better to investigate the matter further or is Google already aware of this “glitch”?
