A Kulcha Meal for less than a hundred rupees in a restaurant less than a hundred square feet

Reading a Google review about them and that too they being praised as the best eatery for Amritsari Kulchas in Western India I decided to go this eatery. They are located in Chembur Colony and are a micro eatery as they have just about 4 seats for patrons. The kitchen is right at front with a tandoor being used to make Amritsari Kulchas, round flat breads that are stuffed and are different from parathas (Kulchas are made from maida whereas parathas are typically made of whole wheat flour or atta). They serve the typical range of alu, paneer and cheese Kulcha and other variants most priced within one hundred rupees. They have been in business since 1978. Kulchas are served with chholey and onions and one order makes a good meal. The biggest downside of this restaurant is it has no seating though very popular. We knew that before going and still had to wait a while. I could during the wait fortify myself with sugarcane juice from the neighbouring Balaji Juice Centre. You can order sugar cane juice during the meal too or take soft drinks for which Sainath has a refrigerator. Prices are reasonable. The food tastes good though saying they are the best is difficult.
