Used home clothes to make Indian flag’s colour to mark India’s 74TH Independence Day .
Dear connect community friends,
I am happy to say that India is celebrating her 74th independence day today amid Covid-19 environment.
Several independence functions are being held across the country.
If there is celebration on any occasion, it must be coincided with some special dishes to make it more joyful.
So , I am uploading a picture of Samosas–a salty & very popular snack of Indian subcontinent. It’s home made, we failed to give it a proper size. Anyway, it’s a brilliant outcome of our kitchen and my inalienable friends would definitely like it .
Thanking to you all.

Your samosa post looks great In India, in Andhra Pradesh, samosa is very tasty when eaten with mad chilli. I am happy to thank you for reminding me about these snacks.

I said I like eating my samosas freshly prepared and hot.
Sometimes with a cold carbonated drink.
