As a Google local user guide I found interest in giving people info, especially those visiting for the first time a fore-hand information descriptively about their new place of visit so long I have good knowledge of the area in particular.
Reason being that I have experienced a certain degree of difficulties on getting along in some of my new places without being pre-informed/spending more time than required as a result. Hence, I don’t want to see anyone else who comes my way to experience same difficulties. This is why I love giving info to the letter and it’s my hobby.
