Hi Mukal, these volcanoes are in Central and Eastern Java, Indonesia. There are several peaks ( Bromo, Merapii, Semeru etc ) These photos are on the"twin volcanoes" of Sumbing and Semeru. It’s a very steep 2day walk up. We went with a local company “Climb Indonesia” who arranged the permits and all the equipment
We plan to go back soon to the island of Lombok to hike mount Rinjani soon!

I’ve been climbing this mountain for a long time. Hopefully I can climb Mount Merbabu again. Thanks for sharing here

My wife and I hiked up with a guide and porters from the trekking company Climb Indonesia ( https://climbindonesia.com/).
We did a private special package for 3 volcanoes together so pricing was different.
I can recommend them. Maybe not the cheapest but professional and food, equipment was
