It’s my weekly conversation with inalienable friends and in this conversation, I would like to talk about a very useful fruit–Papaya .
It’s said–Health is real wealth, if given the importance to health and fruits eating
practices, the Papaya is a foregone conclusion, because it contains a variety of health supporting properties.
To begin with Papaya properties 1) Papaya is a delicious fruit, loaded with Nutrients, 2) has powerful Antioxidants Effects, 3) has Anticancer properties, 4 )
may improve Heart Health, 5 )may fight Inflammation, 6) may improve Digestion and lastly 7) protect against Skin Damage.
So such a beneficial is Papaya, one should consider using it on regular basis.

Due to the nutritional properties of Papaya in Ayurveda, it is used as a medicine for many illnesses @ShekharMuz_5 .

Papaya! it’s one of my favourite fruits and i have planted few Papaya Trees at our homes yard @ShekharMuz_5

Thanks for sharing. I was curious about the claimed anti cancer benefits @ShekharMuz_5 and they appear to be true and are cited in reputable medical journals, however it is for extracts/medicines made from the fruit or the seeds, direct consumption of the fruit has no benefit. There are side affects for male fertility however so perhaps best taken in moderation.

Yes ,your point is true @PaulPavlinovich ,if it’s used in moderation way and its seeds are more effective than eating only upper body of the Papaya .Thanks for suggested line .
