Where is this Eden?
At the foot of the hill that boasts the Tepozteco pyramid, in the land where the Aztec god Quetzalcoatl was born in Morelos, Mexico, the “Parcela” stands out as an example of green restaurants that are friendly to the environment. It is located in a pleasant country setting with ample and well ventilated outdoor spaces.
What is an environmentally friendly restaurant?
Its main attributes are the supply of vegetables from its organic farming areas, the rational use of water and the recycling of waste for the production of bio-gas.
Enjoying healthy dishes is thanks to the right choice of agricultural products from the garden that change according to the season. What better experience than to savor the freshness of the vegetables produced on site, that is, from farm to table.
Tasting at the restaurant
The experience began with a steaming coffee while we enjoyed the fascinating view of the nearby mountains. Then we tasted a vegetarian omelet and some eggs from the garden, accompanied by a green juice.
It is a pleasure to enjoy this gastronomic experience immersed in the natural spaces of this magical town of great tourist importance as a destination for health and wellness. By the way, the valley was named by the Dalai Lama as a place of peace.
