Hi, thanks for your your interest. I’m not a chef, I’m just a server of this dish… I’m a (hotelier) steward by profession. This a continental dish which is known as (By name) “American Corn Cheese Ball” stuffing inside corn and cheese and coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. Served with meyonis sauce.
