We had an appointment at Mizban International Hotel & Restaurant. When I looked at the menu, I suggested my friends to test this starter. This starter includes snack of 4 local meals in the north of Iran.
1-Kachilik Horeasht (Mean: Roasted zucchini)
A local meal is made up of roasted zucchini along with parsley, tomato paste, garlic, onions and spices.
2-Mirza Ghassemi
A local food belongs to Gilan province with a mix of eggplant, tomato, garlic, egg, pepper, turmeric and oil.
3-Esfenaj Saak (Mean: Spinach Sauce without meat)
This is a mixture of spinach, turmeric, pepper, peas, salt, onion and orange juice. It is known for its delicious flavors and spinach, which is the main source of food.
4-Molla Ghormeh
This is a mix of eggplant, tomato, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic and herbs.
And finally cost of this starter is about 200,000 Rials(Iran Currency), approximately 2.00 $.
