Ow, great to hear! Thanks for confirming @user_not_found . Do you know of any crafts and art shops or places where artistic people gather often in the area? Is the above bar with colorful bottles one of these locations?

Add also Psyri area in the list @FlameFox .

About the bar with the colorful bottles it is a beautiful place Brettos …(by the way @sonnyNg , please help me remove the food photos because they are wrong place contributions,i have already report them), and yes why not, these areas are full of artistic spirit.

Wow, from what I have seen in the photos of this one, it’s definitely the part where I would hang out! Looks like a mixture between traditional and urban style where visitors can jump from one style to another which has it’s own charm. I thought that Athens has modern vibe but it looks like interior designers and local business has found the golden mean of it. (here’s an impressed visitor, taking notes!)
On the bar query - it may sound trivial however, I was impressed by the different Ouzo degrees in the pictures on Google Maps. Do you know of any other local and international drinks that may be interesting for travelers whenever they get thereр @user_not_found ?

Well the 2 main local varieties of spirits are ouzo and raki and countless other liquors.

When you eventually decide to travel here send me a msg to help you out with accommodation and maybe some touring around.

@FlameFox you can have some wine tasting if you go early or else if you choose to visit the place after an evening stroll you can enjoy cocktails, brandy, liqueur even absinthe and like @myselff mentioned ouzo and raki.

Cheers !

Sounds just like an adventure! Thank you guys

Hearing that you have raki - guess this is something like the Bulgarian ‘rakia’ … portends a Balkan party. A girl from Albania told me about raki too.

Lovely places. I hope Greece keeps and safeguard their historical places, I’d love to visit such sites when I visit

So true @FlameFox Balkans have so many common food and drink habits.

There’s still some diversity which amuses me. Hearing of these new places and leaving them on a bucket list is so amazing! Never thought that Greece could offer more than the typical sea destination. Now that you have mentioned the above places, it’s ‘hm, looking forward to visit!’. Artistic locations are the main goal but yeah, raki is a raki
