The ingredients are quite simple, nevertheless, its display is great and catch all’s customers from the first look. It includes rice (brown rice or normal rice), salad, two main ingredients (salmon, tuna, shrimp, cuttle,…) and a variety of toppings (vegetables, mushroom, bean, grapefruit, mango, quail eggs, fresh and dried seaweed,…).
Particularly, the food store is located at a small area on the first floor of an apartment, thus it may be quite difficult for people at the first visit.

Thank you for sharing this bowl full of health. I have discovered Vietnamese cuisine quite recently, and I have to confess that is my favourite so far from all the Asian ones, because it’s full of tasty ingredients that at the same time doesn’t make you feel heavy. My favourite dish is phoo, but I was really curious about your pictures as I have never tried quail eggs before. How do they taste?
@Sorbe : The quail egg is actually the same with chicken egg, but with a smaller size.
Hearing so great when you feel good with Vietnamese cuisine, btw, I had a post as below link (it’s also my post applying for Connect Live 2019) talking about Vietnamese street food, let’s take a look if you are interested in our Vietnamese dishes
Thank you very much for this. I am always super interested in trying things that are far and different from my culture, and with your post you just made my eyes happy ( even if my belly now is roaring). Do you have any favourite cuisine apart of Vietnamese one?
@Sorbe Apart from Vietnamese cuisine, I really love some Chinese cuisine, especially their dimsum or Japanese barbecue meats which I can enjoy at my country. Besides, one of my passion is to enjoy local food at wherever any countries I have had a chance to travel to. And you, where do you come from?
As per barbecue I have recently tried Korean one, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. For my home country you have to guess, but I will give you a hint with the picture in this post. If you guess it correctly I can share with you some secrets about the recipe of this dish:
This was made by my dad in one of the last visit back home. We called this type of pasta “Tagliatelle”, and part of them is green because for the dough he used spinach.
Thank you for pointing this post out, it was really good and interesting reading through it, because despite the differences of ingredients, culture or location there is one element that linked us all together: food is one of the best way to gather your dearest all together.
