I love pizza, but I am much more curious about the second picture that you posted. Are those “Arancini”, typical Sicilian rice balls covered with bread crumble?

The second picture is of “Cheese balls”.Cheese Balls recipe is a perfect party starter and all age groups enjoy this dish. Its crunchy on the outsides and soft and gooey cheesy on the insides, and you will just fall in love with them.
Its stuffed inside with tasty stuffing prepared by taking together the ingredients like,boiled and grated potato,boiled corn,green and red bell pepper diced,red chilli flakes and Mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
And the outer coat is made up of all purpose flour and finally gets rolled up breadcrumbs on it than fried in vegetable oil till it gets golden.
Now,Your cheese corn ball is ready to serve with mint mayo or any sauce of your choice.
