I find that On LG connect a bug/error occur.
I Explain.
When I post my idea, after that some one likes my post or comment that I receive notifications.
But it show twice times on posting idea page.
When I click on serch option that have twice time notifications, it’s not work.
Means it’s useless.
I click on serch button to directly go for notifications, but it appears a serch pannel only.
Means it’s a not beneficial.

I just wanted to make sure that I am following correctly, as when you receive a notification regarding a Like or Comment on one of your post in the Idea Exchange may come up, you receive as twice of normal notification, correct?
Have you tried to see if it may happen on another web browser application on your device?

Can you find this type of notifications after posting a idea?. Means after posting a idea, after that someone like your any post or comment, the notifications shows twice time same as image.

Because we both are use idea exchange more compare to other local guides.

This is long time issue.
But now I report it.
I give approx 35 ideas, every time it shows.
And when I received same dual time notifications, I click on left side serch notifications, that can’t work.
Like show piece.
And I check this in google chrome, goole chrome lite mode and Web shortcut LG connect App.
I don’t use phone browser.
Wait for sometime.
I ask other local guides for this issue.
I think it’s real issue that many local guides are not observe or the low activeness on idea exchange category , so they didn’t know that…

It would seem that it is quite unusual to occur, as I have also tried to check on my own mobile device to recreate the occurrence to no success.
I wonder if the same happen on Desktop on your end(would you mind trying if not before?).
Believe me. I try all the things.
You follow this steps.
(1) go to the idea exchange.
(2) comment on any idea.
(3) Now click on Publish.
(4) Now you show this image that I provided in my post.
There is no change till this date, I tried all the things.

This is Latest example.
