Having lived in Las Vegas for about 6 months now I was craving a site that was outside the Las Vegas bubble, away from the flashly lights and loud sounds. So I decided to take a trip outside to Boulder City to take in the sites. I had heard that this park was often visited by these mountain goats during the winter months. Apparently it’s a popular place for them to graze grass. Along the way my roommate and I stopped the grocery mart to buy a bunch of carrots because we figured we could feed it to them (we may not have thought it all through). Although I wasn’t able to feed them carrots as I had planned I did manage to slowly crawl my way close enough to snap these majestic creatures.
