Paddle Steamer. It was built in 1928 by Garden Reach Workshop, Kolkata, India.
Now, BIWTC (Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation) operates this steamer between Dhaka and Morrelganj in Bagerhat district.
Though currently it is not using steam engine, it’s using Diesel engine after renovation. It will serve you a 20 hours of relax journey.
