Being History student still remember history :joy: but forgot few dates .thanks on one click u get answer.

I AM PROUD TO BE INDIAN, there is so much to share about India :india: it will take many many months & years .

Friends as you know the countdown has begin for celebration of 75 years .

On 15 th August 2022, at Red Fort New Delhi Flag hoisting, parade, fireworks, singing patriotic songs and the National Anthem Jana Gana Mana, speech by the Prime Minister of India and President of India.

All over India celebration will be on, Even School , Colleges Offices will be part of celebration.

It’s a proud moment for every Indian, to be part of this celebration ,New Advisory by Ministry of Home Affairs was given Har Ghar Tiranga campaign from August 13, ( Every House Can Put National Flag.) Earlier, the flag could be hoisted only between sunrise and sunset. But now at night also we keep National Flag hoisted .

Indian Freedom Fighters laid there life for Independence .The list is long but only few I have mentioned.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad - First President Of The Republic of India.

Jawaharlal Nehru ----First Prime Minister of India

Dr. B R Ambedkar —Father of Constitution First Law Minister of India

Mahatma Gandhi ( Bapu) . …Father of the Nation who fought for rights in South Africa, Non-violence , Satyagraha, Disobedience Movement

Slogan Quit India & “Do or Die ( Karo Ya Maro) by bapu.

Subhash Chandra Bose - He founded Indian National Army know as " Azad Hind Fauj " to overthrow British Empire from India.Give me blood and I shall give you freedom was slogan given by Bose.

Bhagat Singh was a freedom fighter who was hanged to death by Britishers at the age of 23 years.Inquilab Zindabad slogan given by Bhagat Singh.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. …Iron man of India .Actively participated in the Civil Disobedience Movement and Quit India Movement Unified India.

Bal Gangadhar Tilak --“Kesari” famous revolutionary newspaper was started by him.

“Lokmanya” and the “Father of the Indian Revolution" He was given these titles.

He gave this slogan “Freedom is my birthright and I shall have it.”

Lala Lajpat Rai led a non-violent march in protest against it and gave a slogan “Simon Go Back!”.

Mangal Pandey gave slogan “Maaro Firangi Ko.”

Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay

Bankim Chandra Chatterjee otherwise called the ” Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay ” was the best author and artist in India.

National song "Vande Mataram was by Bankimchandra Chatterji

National anthem - “Jana Gana Mana” Lyrics was given Rabindranath Tagore.

Both was accepted by Constitutional Assembly of India on 24 th January1950.

Thanks for your kind words ,yes Dr Rajendra Prasad was from Bihar good to know it’s your home town ,i had visited Patna Sahib our gurudwara is there more 30 years ago. Now last year my brother visited he it’s developed too much.Lets see when again Guru Gobind Singh call us to Patna Sahib again

Thanks Shruti yes it was written in our calendar pledge thanks for reminding it.I can’t forget history of Shivaji Maharaj my teacher used to act like play teach history specially still can’t forget Coronation ceremony of Shivaji Maharaj.The way she taught us .India history is so much to tell it will one year.

Well said our freedom fighters had struggle so much .I was lucky we had a very good history teacher she would teach few topic create a drama in class that time we used say what is she doing but as grew realise we couldn’t forgot the topic while writing all history learnt came as flash back Now feeling very proud of our country.Its a proud moment to be part of 75 th years of celebration of Independence day.
