It is time to celebrate my 6th Anniversary as a Local Guide. Interestingly it is the same month as Connect’s 7th Anniversary. It is a perfect time to reflect on some of the milestones reached during my 6th Anniversary.
Screen shot of anniversary celebratory notification sent by Google!First Milestone I would like to share is 2 Billion Views reached on all the contribution I have made on Google Maps. It is good to see 2 Billion View happened on my 6th Anniversary. Also Photos view is approaching 2 billion, hope fully in next few months!Next thing which is dear to my heart, adding roads on Google Maps. This is something I started relatively recently, in fact end of last year. So far the approved number of roads have reached 2000+. I also joined the TRAC team, started by @SholaIB and @LovePathak28 and several passionate road adder LGs. Check out latest post by @SholaIB on latest status and how to join TRAC team hereAnother milestone on this anniversary is, places I have added have reached 134 Million views. Good to know places I have added on the maps have positive effect.Here is a screenshot of recently approved road. Google sends you two separate emails, one after road addition submitted and one after road submission is approved.Reviews I have submitted have reached 3.2 Million views so far!I am happy to share some of the milestones on my 6th Anniversary of being a Local Guide.Also if you have not joined @AdamGT 's Leader board, please do so.
