Saigon is a beautiful city with many beatiful places, especially beautiful shops and coffee shops by young, savvy local entrepreneurs saw the potential in a great coffee shops as well as beautiful fashion boutique where their audience, most of them are from 15-25, could go there and have their best photos for their instagram posts. In this post, i’d show you 5 most beautiful coffee shops in Saigon.
1.Loft Cafe:
Located on Ly Tu Trong street, in an old apartment building, this place take the industrial theme as it’s main theme. It’s a creation of Trần Hoàn Trung, a local architect. One of the most stand-out feature about the place, in my opinion, would be the way the architect use the minimalist art to create a place so simple yet so stand-out from other Coffee shops in Saigon.
- Arc Cafe:
Located in my neighbour of Dong Dieu, district 8. This is the place for peoples who love a coffee shop that’s small yet cozy and warm. This place was a creation of a young couples from Binh Dinh. They created this coffee shop as a way to remind themselves about the past of where they were born: Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh.
3.Them Xua Coffee:
This is the places with a beautiful garden, located in a quiet street of District 1. I frequently go there. the staff are extremely friendly and the place are beautiful. This is the place of peoples who love to enjoy Trinh Cong Son’s musics (a Vietnamese version of Bob Dylan) and a cup of Salted Plump Rhum (my favorite drinks)
4.Nho Coffee:
Located in the small alley of Le Van Sy, the place are face to face with the railroad system of Vietnam. Which made the place very interesting. But, what makes the place more interesting was it’s the place for peoples who want to find a little piece of their childhood as the places are fill with old things from the past, especially from 80s and 90s, maybe even further. You could enjoy coffee, looking at old radio sets, even SUPER NES and NES games tapes.
5.Gờ Coffee:
An industrial theme coffee shop in District 5, the place are lovely and cozy in it own way. The decoration of the place are simple, yet elegant in it own right. The diverse menu is also a reason why i recommended the place for many peoples when they visited Saigon.
