5 dishes to taste in Parma!

@Giuseppe75

Hi everybody! I Would like to share with you a small list of five dishes to taste if you ever come to visit Parma!

Parma’s food is mostly for those who appreciate strong tastes! It is not a light cosine as the basic ingredients are butter, ham and lard but every now and then it is permitted to make an exception!

The dishes I suggest are: tortelli d erbetta, home made pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and herbs and served with melt butter and parmisan cheese;, tagliolini ai funghi, fresh pasta with mushrooms, this dish is very popular especially in autumn when the mushroons are growing ; polenta fritta e prosciutto, corn fried polenta with ham a tipical starter, fungi fritti, fried mushrooms tipical dish or Appennini mountains, gnocchi al tartufo, gnocchi with truffle and served with fresh cream and parmisan cheese! Enjoy!

Wow @Ersi_Seferiadi this is one of those posts that makes me hungry!

I had them during some stay in Parma during the past!

I love tortelli and in general every filled pasta! In Bergamo we have “casoncelli” that are really good! Have you ever taste them?! You can find them practically in every italian restaurant of Bergamo!

Here there is a post where I wrote also about them!

yummy yummy, those dishes are so looking good! Thank you for sharing them … and now I’m hungry again :laughing: . I would go for the tortelli, however the gnocchi with truffles are also quite intriguing me.

Thanks a lot @Giuseppe75 for the tag :blush: .
