In some business categories, when I tap on the listing items, or “more businesses”, I get a 403 error, I’m in Iran… what are you doin’ again to Iran?
please ask any side questions after the main issue is addressed…

Looking to your screenshot you are doing your search in mobile using your browser. This activate “localservices” a service related to the search engine. The issue seems to be related to the search engine, more than to Google Maps, and should be probably addressed to the Google Search Help Community
Have you tried to perform your search directly in the Google Maps App?
