Hi @abatishchev

For duplicate places, you can easily report them as duplicates. The Merge Workflow by @MortenCopenhagen is helpful in this case.

Although, the first one you mentioned is not a POI that users can edit. It is a remnant from the old days of Map Maker and you can ask for a merge with current POIs, in the Google Maps support forum.

By the way, the correct board for your question is “How-tos” so it is good to edit your post.
