Please note that i ca not post 3D photos now. But previously i did and accepted. Same Phone i am using now. The mobile handest i am using is old Huwaei.

Can you find out what is the reason. I can load the 3D photos, but not working now.

Can you explain? per return mail.

Hi @MohazinCC

I believe you mean 360 images?

Are you trying to upload the image to a pin via the Streetview app?

It might be helpful if you specify the versions of your streetview app, the Google Maps App and your Android version.

Also, please mention any error messages you get and how the problem appear.

Hopefully one of the Google Moderators will then be able to assist you.

Thanks for your reply. I need to reply with the below doubts:

  1. My two 3D photos can see any one who use the new iPhone (apple) or Android phones new or old. The 3D photo of mine is one @Zehrat. The other Sree Narayana Madam at Parimadam. Eg attached herewith.

  2. Why now my 3D photos cannot visible one it’s loaded on my current phone which is Huwaei.

  3. Eg of my new 3D photo is attached herewith.

Please find my earlier photo in 3 D image., but now i can arrange 3D photos, but can not see the 3D photo here.

Why its happened? Is it due to more updation of Connect Group??

Please clarify per returm mail.

Hi @MohazinCC

You did not answer my previous questions in the other thread.

I don’t see the images you are refering to. Sharing the links will make it easier to try to help you.

After checking your photo contribution list one reason could be that you are proabably not aware of the photo guideline: Don’t upload photos more than once.

Also, I saw you uploaded photos to areas on Google Maps (“Upcoming MRS restaurant + date”). We should only upload photos to pins. Also, future pins should not be presented thus way.

thank you for reaching out to us! I just want to let you know that I’ve merged your two posts together since they are about the same question and same topic, this in order to keep Connect organized.

As @MortenCopenhagen mentioned already would be great if you provide some Google Maps link about what you are referring to, for example a previous “3D” photo and a new one, a POI where you are trying to upload the photo and so on. About the “3D” photos you may also want to review the Google Maps Photos and videos criteria.

For example I see you have published the photo you took the screen below and it is also visible, however as Morten said this photo has been published two times at two different POI’s and posting repetitive and duplicated items is against the guideline and contents may be removed.
