360 photos

Hi, I have taken 360 photos from mobile phone that’s approved by Google. I have bought a new 360 camera for capturing more accurate pics the pics taken by 360 camera are rejected can anybody help me in this way.

Which 360 camera were you using? Are all the photos rejected from the 360 cameras? Have you checked if they are present in Google Maps or Your Contribution Page?

There were some issues faced by some contributors about even if the photos were published, the count didn’t show up under their approved stats (it might be a related thing), read an example post here. Check if this is what you are facing or something else, if it’s the same thing, you may want to reply to the above post with your details.

In the mean time, some notes from the Street View site panorama requirements

Image Quality
14 mp or larger (5,300 x 2,650 px)
2:1 image aspect ratio
No gaps in image around horizon
No significant stitching errors
Adequate detail in light/dark areas
Sharpness: no motion blur, in focus
No distracting effects or filters

I’m sorry @user_not_found this camera offers a max resolution not suitable for SV: High Definition Support:2048*1024

You can try upscale an image before importing into Street View app, but the result will be too low quality anyway.

Thanks for kind information and helping for photo uploading I should ask this question before purchasing but now it has been done I need to adjust resolution before uploading on maps
