360 photo not pointing at the correct orientation

I hope this is the right place for this. I’ve been taking 360 photos and have noticed that they do not point at the business but mostly point at my shadow. Is there a way to get the photo to the correct orientation for the business?

Hi @nniiss ,

Thanks for reaching out to the community! : ]

As to have the questioned photo checked, it would seem that the thumbnail of the 360° photo in your contributions would not be pointed at the main object (the business), correct?

Additionally, due to the main subject is related to a issue/research type, the current category would be relocated to How-tos.

@nniiss You can default correct the orientation of any stitched pano using a software such as hugin - panaroma photo stitcher which can freely download at their web site. Drag your object in stitched image to cross-hair to in the editor and export.

Should the possible solution for the main subject can be checked as instructed, let’s wait for @nniiss to confirm if it may be resolved as well.
