Why do the 360 degrees photos are not working well on connect ?

Hi, @Mohan_Singh , I’m afraid that Local Guides Connect doesn’t allow you to upload a 360º photos. Alternatively, you can convert it to GIF or video, using an edition program, and post it here.

It is truly strange that 360 photos have no place here on Connect - especially as Connect also serves as the support forum for street view photographers.
What you can do is upload it to Google Maps or somewhere else and then share a link to it here on Connect.

My view is that It is due to lack of space on contact. Normally the space on Contact is about 3mb that is suitable for normal images but the length of 360 degrees is near about 7mb . If we upload after cropping some of it software missed and it doesn’t work properly. So it needs some more space to run it smoothly.

You can not expect 360 images to work if you crop them.
