Im realy apreciate a local culinary of province of Rio Grande do Sul, the most traditional food here is the barbecue, but have places and places to make a degustation of barbecue, i believe the best places are local people go to eat, not a tourist trap with high costs and low quality…

Churrascaria Princesa Isabel
Localized in neighbourhood of Santana in Porto Alegre, is a simple restaurant all-you-can-eat, but all here have a lot of quality, meats, salads are fresh, prepared every day, the attendants are gently. My suggestion to taste is a Vazio, a soft and juicy meat and mayonaise salad, for me these to are sufficient! The price is good, all can pay!
Churrascaria Porto Alegrense
Localized in neighbourhood of São Geraldo in Porto Alegre is another simple restaurant, but this use A La Carte menu, you choose your appetisers, salads and meat, for appetisers have a traditional Pão de Queijo (Bread of Cheese), traditional salads of Tomato, Onions and Lettuce or Mayonaise with Potatoes, have a lot of variety of meat, the most traditional on house is Lamb Rib or Shoulder.

Another option localized in neighbourhood of São Geraldo in Porto Alegre, A La Carte menu with a lot of options of salads and meat, in this house im appreciate a Picanha, traditional cut of top sirloin, soft and juicy, is my favorite!
